Deliveries and shipments

For the speed and reliability of our deliveries, we chose Bartolini that allow full traceability of shipments. The service ensures the delivery of the package within 48 hours of submission, (except for remote locations) that will carry out the day after receipt of your order.
Shipments are made Monday to Friday. VESUVIO VERDE by Natural Farm s.r.l. ensures the integrity from an organoleptic quality of its products through the use of packages tailored to specific products.

The cost of shipping in European countries varies according to the destination and weight. Will be established from time to time with the buyer.

Disruptions and tampering

In the event that the package giungesse not damaged, the Customer must refuse to accept the goods and VESUVIO VERDE by Natural Farm s.r.l. will replace and deliver the goods entirely at his own expense.
