Data protection

1 VESUVIO VERDE by Natural Farm s.r.l. undertakes to respect and to ensure respect from their employees and strict bond of confidentiality on all information, data, documentation, and, more generally, the information that will be provided by the User in order to Service, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. n. 196/2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data"). 
2. VESUVIO VERDE by Natural Farm s.r.l. is "owner" of the processing of personal data supplied by the user for the execution of the Service and, holding this role, reserves the right to appoint "principal", which involved the processing of such data, and a "system administrator" with the task of supervising the resources of the information system and databases operated.
3.In relation to the methods and purposes of the processing of data concerning him, the sender claims to have read the information in art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. n. 196/2003 made at the time of registration at the website VESUVIO VERDE by Natural Farm s.r.l..

Changes

1. VESUVIO VERDE by Natural Farm s.r.l. reserves the right to change at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by posting on the site www.poste.it version updated from time to time.
2. Any new terms will be effective for purchases made after the change occurred.

Applicable Law

This contract is governed by Italian law.

Jurisdiction

1. Any dispute regarding the application, execution, interpretation of this contract online is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
2. For disputes arising between the parties in connection with this contract, the competent Court of Nola .
