How to buy

1) From our categories you can choose the products you are interested in displaying them sorted by category.
Clicking on the name of the product, log in to the details, from which, using the "add to cart" , you can bring your product to the cart and from there change the quantity or choose the other.

2) Ended up entry of the products into the cart, you can start to compile your data.
If you are first-time buyers to enter your data.
In the next order form you can indicate to which address you want to ship the order: the order indicated above or another, in case you want to make a gift or send your order to another address.
If you are already one of our customers simply enter the e-mail address and your password in the customer area.

3)Now you can select the method of payment you prefer and before confirming the order you can check out the summary of all the costs specified:

- Quantity and price of each product.
- Shipping address.
- Shipping.
- Total cost of your purchase.

Immediately after confirmation of your order, you will receive an email notification which will indicate the order summary and data. The next day will be made the shipment, which you will be notified by mail in which another will indicate the tracking number of your shipment. By this time, within 48 hours, you will receive your order to the address indicated.

Cancellation of the order

If after completing the order form you have second thoughts, or you realize you've made a wrong order, before receipt of the email notification that the order is shipped, you can communicate the correction by e-mail info@vesuvioverde.it, with the exact order number. The refund of any amount paid, please come by bank transfer, bank in the necessary time to process a return.

Right of withdrawal

On all purchases of gastronomic products made with our website, you can exercise the right of withdrawal provided for by Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 , implementing the EU Directive on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, within ten working days (10) after receipt of the goods ordered. Vesuvio Verde by Natural Farm srl offers simplified procedures compared to current legislation, to customers who wish to withdraw from the purchase made. In fact, just communicate via email to info@vesuvioverde.it. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return and can not be exercised for those products that can not be returned due to the temperature-controlled or which by their nature are quickly perishable. Will start the refund procedure, once we verify the correct execution of the terms and conditions stated above, through a bank transfer as soon as possible, in the time needed for banks to process a return.
