Ingredients
100gr spaghetti salty ricotta of Sheep 1/2 eggplant clove of garlic basil fresh 1 fresh tomato
Preparation
we Start cooking the tomato cut to bits with a thread of oil and a crushed clove of garlic. We add the basil, we put a taking of sugar to sweeten the tomato. Then we add a pò of salt and we allow to cook the juice.
We fry the eggplant and we start in the meantime cooking the pasta that we then pass in the juice and we jump her/it.
We proceed to impiattare putting a leaf of basil and posizionamo in the dish the fried eggplants. We make a dusting of pepper, we add a thread of oil and a pò of salty ricotta here and there.
