This wine is obtained from the selection of “palommina “ or “ per e palummo “ grapes. Vesuvio: rosso Vines: piedirosso ( locally denominated palombina) And /or sciascinoso ( locally denominated olivella ) 80% with a minimum presence of piedirosso of 50% , aglianico 20% Alcoholic content( minimum) : 10,50% Organoleptic characteristics: colour from ruby red to rose’ more or less intensive ; viny pleasent scent; armonic dry taste. Type: the denomination “ lacryma christi can be used to distinguish the “spumante “ type as well as the rose’ and the red one.
