Scent. Pleasant viney taste , intence scent that remember the vesuvio broom with a fruity taste of very mature apples, pineapples bananas and yello peaches. Taste: dry and slightly acid, tasty with a fruity and aromatic taste; Vines: coda di volpe bianca and /or verdeca ( min 80%) , falanghina and /or greco ( max 20% ) Alcoholic content: minimum 12% Production : maximum 100 tons/ hectare , with an output of vining not superior 65% Approach:For the higher acohol the soft taste make it pleasant specially if aproached to sautè of clams, crustaceans, fish soups, asparagus and seabass risotto,vegetables with fresh cheese and, the famous "impepata di cozze"( spicy mussles soup), ricotta cheese pies scented herb The denomination contol of origin is something that today interests the towns of boscotrecase , trecase , san sebastiano al vesuvio and parts of the towns of ottaviano , san giuseppe vesuviano , terzigno , boscoreale , torre annunziata , torre de greco , ercolano , portici , cercola , pollena trocchia , sant’anastasia and somma vesuviana, in practice all the towns under the volcano vesuvio.
