Its the pure product of vining of “ caprettone “ grapes. Vesuvio: bianco Vines: coda di volpe ( locally denominated caprettone and craprettone and /or verdeca minimum 80% with a minimum presence of coda di volpe of 35%; falanghina and greco till 20%. Alcoholic content; 11% Organoleptic characteristics: dim straw yellow to straw yellow colouring; pleasant and viny scent; dry and slightly acidic taste. Type: the “ lacryma christi “ denomination can be used to describe the “spumante“ (champagne wine) or the “liquoroso “ ( strong sweet wine) wine. Linkings: with hors d’oeuvre fish ,fish and rice , grilled or stewed blue and lake fish
